Small Slingshot

My new book is Slingshot to the Juggernaut: Total Resistance to the Death Machine Means Complete Love of the Truth.

As a musician I have these new songs on SonicBids.

I have been slowly building up something called the Truth Party. The book and the music and other work are all a part of that.

small truth

Previously I founded two celebrated social ventures, Vox Pop Inc. and Soft Skull Press. In 2003, I was in "Horns and Halos" (HBO/Cinemax) the independent publishing documentary that recorded our attempts to get unpopular truths out about G.W.Bush, through the biography Fortunate Son (Soft Skull, 1999).

My 2005 book, The Big Wedding (Vox Pop, 2005) breaks new ground on the working-class intelligence assets and whistle-blowers who tried to stop 9/11 from happening. Big Wedding was the basis for the 2008 indie film Able Danger.

I have reported for Alternet, GNN, Long Island Press, New York Press, and Catholic Worker. I also have a page here about my work as a playwright. This is a page on previous books I have published.

Oh, and this is my old band White Collar Crime.
