here are my notes from a convo with Troy PD in Mich:

 

 

Steve Vaislak, police spokesman, Troy Mich. PD

He is wanted on four felony counts for Mr. Vreeland

Fraudulent -

Feb. 2000, investigators

Warrant march 17 2000

On dec. 20 1999

An individual went into Scott Shruptrine Furn in Troy,

He provided them with Delmar Edwards, purchased furniture

Allegedly with an Amex Credit card

Approval approx. $10,000

The enxt day, him and another subject returned to store, allegedly $15,000

on the same card, some probem even t

charge went through

On the 30th Dec 1999

He allegedly charged $3000 on the same card

later that say, he called and said he wanted to purchase a Christmas tree

picked up some of the mercahnd that evening

in Feb. 2000, Scott Shruptrine found out the card had been revoked

through our investigation, come up with his name

he's in involved in number of warrants:

Defraudingn inn keeper

Oakland County

Probation violation

Misdemoner warrants

Detriot, Wayne County

Narcotic and drug related

Warren County. Mich.

Failure to return rented property

Macomb County

Arson real property
