"taking down drug dealer Jeffrey Sands, we needed information, I would get arrested and put in the same cell as him. I needed to have a criminal record. Sands wanted to take down the Beaslies. Sands got 20 to life, he made a deal, and did two years. ...It's easy to make someone your friend. I can become friends with suits, punkers, rastas, anyone."

In the midst of trying to discipline the unruly Justin, "I don't know which is worse, getting shot at or being a Dad."

On Saturday, Justin was constantly trying to get his Dad's attention by trashing different things at the hotel. He had to be rescued by a nautical patrol while kayaking with his pal, Jacob. Then, they rented bikes rode them around and took them inside the hotel. DV yelled at them. DV had decided we would all be leaving that night, when Justin drank a beer in the hotel bar. This plan was cemented when hotel Security asked Justin be off the property by dark. Justin responded by claiming he would have those security people fired.

Justin is 17, a self-described "punk skater" who wears a lot of orange. He has the ballooning phat raver pants with a million pockets. He constantly talks about being drunk, and chain smokes Players Navy Cuts, as does Dad. Vreeland claims to never have hit Justin, but he does often grab him, and is very physical with him, a strange uncertain mix of roughhousing and attempts at disciplining an uncontrolable kid.

At one point, back in the Toronto apartment, Nickelback's live video came down. As DV and son were arguing, bickering, scrapping (as they constantly do) Nickelback sang out, "Father's a name you haven't earned yet....kicking your ass would be a pleasure."

in my notes I recorded you talking to CIA Veteran Leutrell Osbourne about "buying Paragon" what is Paragon?

"A corporation that does crisis control, hostage negotiation, etc. I think Leutrell is the sole registered owner. In order to do the recovery of the $ from LW I asked for a %. Leu wanted a % of the % to help.

Judicial Watch is now wanting to help out.

Technically, the US Treasury. I have the ability to recover funds, but not spend them. I can, however, spend my pay order. 1% of anything I recover.

Captains Wilson and Williams, both are dead now, because of the plane hitting the Pentagon. They told me what Clinton had sold and that they wanted it back. Clinton sold SSST to Russians for pers. $. Al Martin knows what the $ amounts were. Al knows a lot of stuff people don't know. Has seen a lot, like hand held lasers, small as a pager.

Recover the blueprints sold and any designs they had been implemented on top. Taking the book, replacing pages. You can pick up a stealth airplane through shortwave radio waves. You can't penetrate oxygen or lead. if the light is a laser...

I have been taking Clonazipan for 15 years. It alters the adrenaline, enhances it, if you can do some tasks with less adrenaline, you have more to use later, take away the drug, you get mean. Like in Iraq, my cousin Jeff Humphrey would know, he was in Desert Storm.

"It was personal. I wanted to bring him down, I wanted to damage him."

But he didn't do hard time. He took a sweet deal with the Feds.
