went out at 8, Flight 175. It never made it.
You know all the rest…I was stranded like
everybody else in this country for four days.

had been watching TV, I couldn't sleep, writing,
listening, and then comparing, and nothing was
making sense. And also watching the war, they
had the war going."

told the truth about 9/11?' and 80 to 90% of
people say 'No.'"

in July of 2001. Why? What did he know that
we didn't know that they failed to tell us?"

The allegations have to do with what they feel
was a broach of attorney/client privilige, they
allege that you contacted her one-time attorney,
she used to be represented by Don Nolan, of
the Nolan Law Group in Chicago, and they allege
that you sent a letter to Don Nolan, urging
Mrs. Mariani to get into the fund. Do you know
anything about that letter?
KF:
Uhhhhhh. Nooo.

SH:
So, you're saying that you, you don't have any
knowledge of the letter.
KF:
I'm not saying that. On the record, here's
what I'm saying. I have not seen this lawsuit,
or read the complaint, so I can not comment.
I know nothing about it. And therefore can not
respond.

Right, but before we went on the record….
KF:
[quite a few degrees louder] DO WHAT YOU WANT
THEN. DO YOU HEAR WHAT I'M TELLIN' YA? NOW IF
YOU WANT TO SAY, "BEFORE I WENT ON, AFTER I
WENT ON, I DON'T RECALL THE LETTER" that's up
to you. Now I'm just telling you what I'm saying,
on the record. And that's all I'm saying
on the record.

"what
we’ve tried to go after on Citizen’s
Watch are the hard questions that can’t
be brushed away. They can’t be easily answered
without doing an investigation, not by
asking the NORAD brass, who have the most invested
in covering it up, but by asking the people
on the bottom, at the mechanical level, each
piece of this."
"Can
you imagine having a thing on civil liberties
and security and not inviting the ACLU? But
that’s what they did. The testimony they’re
getting is not broad enough. I mean, maybe for
their policy purposes and what they want to
get out of it. But it’s just a dog and
pony show. We really first need to get at what
actually happened that day. Who was behind it.
It’s just like when you go into the Warren
Commission, and you have five areas of inquiry,
who was Oswald, who was Ruby,
who was this and that but you don’t have
"Who Shot Kennedy." They’ve already
had a panel on "Who are the terrorists"
which was all about Al Qaeda. So they’re
investigating the official line of the assumptions."

Brussell was a mentor to me. She recognized
the people so well she could watch them move.
She called and passed a note to Rose Kennedy
five days before Bobby Kennedy was shot, saying
the people who killed your son John are moving
on Bobby."
